“What’s actually included in ‘AI calls’?”
An AI call is one outbound voice call to a shop. Booking a single appointment usually takes 1 call (sometimes 2 if the first shop’s at capacity). Voicemail counts as a call. Your tier’s included calls cover ~5–10× normal monthly need; overage at $1.50/call (Pro) or $1.00/call (Fleet).
“What if I exceed my monthly call allotment?”
Overage at $1.50/call on Pro, $1.00/call on Fleet. We text you when you hit 80% of your monthly allotment so there are no surprise bills. You can also pre-buy 100-call packs at the founding-partner rate — $0.99/call, locked.
“Why isn’t predictive scheduling on Starter?”
Predictive runs on continuous Geotab analysis + AI shop calls to actually book the appointments — both depend on AI calling, which Starter doesn’t include. Starter is for fleets just proving ROI on basic monitoring. Once you’re ready to automate booking and get ahead of maintenance, Pro is the right tier (most fleets upgrade within 60 days).
“Can I change tiers later?”
Yes, anytime, prorated. Upgrades kick in immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Founding-partner pricing on your locked-in tier travels with you — if you upgrade Pro→Fleet, the founding-partner discount applies to the new tier.
“Is the founding-partner rate really locked for life?”
